I need new egg & porridge dish - Can you help?

Porridge and eggs is about all I can cook and my 5 year old daughter is beginning to laugh at my limited plated portfolio.
Can you help by teaching me a new simple dish to impress... To keep my interest levels high, it would be great to have eggs and porridge oats in it....any ideas?
