Cooking Steps:
SeaBass to Die For

- De-scale and wash the sea bass

- In the belly of the fish (apologies I can't be anymore technical!) stuff the dill, parsley, thyme and bay

- squeeze the juice of the lemon in

- Wrap in foil and cook in the oven for approx 30mins (obviously this varies depending on the size of your fish - best to check periodically)

- Serve with fresh salad and dauphinoise potatoes
