 200 gm(s) spaghetti
 100 gm(s) unsmoked bacon or pancetta
 40 ml(s) single cream
 50 gm(s) parmesan
 2 eggs

Cooking Steps:
Bring water to the boil and cook the pasta as per the instructions to al dente.

If you are using bacon slice it up into little pieces. Heat a large frying pan, add a little oil and fry the bacon until just crisp.

Crack the eggs into a bowl, break the yolks a little and then add the cream.

Drain the pasta and then return it to the pan and add the bacon and any fat from the frying pan. Keeping it over a low heat toss for 30 seconds.

Add the egg cream mixture, the parmesan, season well with black pepper and toss for another 30 secs until the egg is just starting to set.

Serve
