We create strong, longstanding relationships with suppliers who share our passion and equally, we have close relationships with all our chefs, catering managers, directors and buyers.

We have a network of growers and producers locally, nationally and internationally. We strongly support local produce from Kent, and at certain times of the year supply up to 80% of all our fruit and veg from the Garden of England, and up to 90% from the UK. Check out our grower page for more details on some of our fantastic local suppliers.

Supply

We ensure that all our customers can benefit from the same range of superb produce. Our customers include retailers, hotels and restaurants; from local hostelries to some of London's finest, contract caterers, care homes and hospitals, schools and universities, and visitor attractions. We are devoted to innovating the supply of fresh ingredients, with uncompromising standards of quality, value and integrity. Supplying the market with produce that really is fresher by miles. 

 

All our produce is stored securely and compliantly in our warehouse on the farm. The warehouse may be chilled but our team of produce experts aren’t – they are on the case 24 hours a day, six days a week picking you the freshest and best produce – and if you have special requirements, we’ll do our utmost to

make them happen.

Service
We deliver six days a week across the south of England. Our fleet of vans are tracked and chilled to ensure produce arrives on time and in the very best condition. We manage all aspects of our logistics so you will build up a personal relationship with our drivers, and customer service teams. They will know what time to get to you and where you want your order to arrive.

Our customer service also extends to offering advice on trending products, seasonal best, and availability. We champion the whole supply chain, and love working in close partnership with chefs, catering teams, growers and buyers.

We manage e-orders using most of the main buying systems. And if you simply want to drop us an email or a whatsapp to tell us what you need – that’s fine too. But we are also available at the end of the phone from 8am to midnight six days a week, happy to discuss your needs, seasonality, pricing and availability.
