Purchasing Assistant
We are currently seeking a Purchasing Assistant to support our Purchasing Manager. This is your opportunity to be a key player in enhancing Foodari's brand and making real impact on our purchasing operation. We are looking for someone who shares our enthusiasm for quality, invocation, and exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Purchasing Manager and Quality Control team in evaluating suppliers and products

Participate in the selection of fresh produce items for purchase
-
Maintain and nurture relationships with existing suppliers
-
Monitor inventory levels and support stock management activities
-
Collaborate with the marketing team to promote produce items
-
Assist with the analytics of sales data to inform purchasing decisions
-
Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards
Development opportunities:

After settling into the role, conduct market research to identify trends, pricing and product availability
-
As you gain the experience, take in the responsibility of sourcing and evaluating new suppliers and products

Support the negotiation of pricing and terms with suppliers, gaining valuable skills in supplier management and contract negotiation

Actively contribute to team meetings, sharing insights on market trends and offering suggestions for purchasing improvements.
Ideal candidate must have:

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Basic understanding of procurement process and supply chain management

Familiarity with fresh produce categories and seasonal trends

Proficiency in MS office suite; knowledge of procurement software is a plus

Term-time Delivery Driver (Farm)
Join our team at Foodari to help deliver fresh produce across South East England. As multi-drop driver, you will be the face of our business, providing excellent service to customers ranging from Michelin-star restaurants to local schools.
This is a permanent role during school term-time, totalling 182 working days per year. The schedule runs Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturdays, starting around 5am and finishing 2pm.
Your responsibilities will include providing excellent customer service, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries and maintaining high standard on the road.
The ideal candidate would have a minimum of 2 years driving experience and would be able to work independently. Unfortunately, we cannot accept applications from candidates under 25' due to insurance policies.

We are looking for Marketing Executive who can bring our story to life-someone who loves crafting engaging content, building meaningful relationships. and driving marketing campaigns that leave a lasting impression. This could be your change to be a key player in enhancing Foodari's brand and make a genuine impact on our marketing, PR, and event activities.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead marketing strategy and communication across multiple channels

Coordinate, attends and organise client pop-ups and supplier days

Manage our website Foodari.com, to ensure content is up-to-date and impactful

Create compelling marketing assets, including videos and photography

Manage email marketing campaigns using digital tools, maintaining contact lists and performance tracking

Create marketing materials, such as posters and digital content, to support communication strategies
-
Act as a brand guardian, ensuring consistency and quality across all channels

Provide support to the Customer Care team during busy periods and cover for team members when necessary
Ideal candidate must have:

Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field
-
At least 1 year of experience in marketing, with a focus on communication strategies and desktop design

Creative flair with a desire to challenge status quo

Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced environment

Self-driven with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
What we offer:

Salary: £9,050.80 - £10,325.30 pa (pro-rata), equivalent to £28,000 - £32,000 full-time role
